Niederer Kraft & Frey welcomes Dr. Hermann Walser as Of Counsel in the field of pension law

We are pleased to announce that we have further strengthened our position in the area of social security and pension matters. As of 1 November 2011, Dr. Hermann Walser, Attorney-at-Law, supports our firm as Of Counsel.

Dr. Hermann Walser has been acting as lawyer in the field of social security and pension law since 1969. Besides his activity as a lawyer, Mr. Walser was Director of the Swiss Association of Pension Funds (Schweiz. Verband fĂĽr privatwirtschaftliche Personalvorsorge/Schweiz. Pensionskassenverband ASIP), adjunct judge at the Federal Supreme Court as well as at the Zurich Social Security Court. He provides advice to and serves as member of the Board of Trustees of several pension funds. Moreover, Dr. Walser regularly publishes in the field of social security and pension law. For more than 20 years he has been on the editorial board of the Journal on Social Security and Pension Law (Schweizerische Zeitschrift fĂĽr Sozialversicherung und berufliche Vorsorge).
