Types of work undertaken: Banking and finance is a major specialism, including advising major clearing banks, private equity houses and other investors in relation to secured finance, asset finance, invoice discounting and asset-specific lending agreements. Advice is given to banks and hedge funds on SWAPS termination and other related hedging issues. Business immigration services are provided for employers on all aspects of engaging non-UK staff. The firm’s business health check service ensures that a company’s health and safety, food safety and hygiene, and environmental health policies and procedures comply with legislation and best practice.
Commercial property is a major focus, including buying freehold property or taking on leases as well as all aspects of development and acting for investors buying residential or commercial property. Related matters are handled from planning to VAT. Corporate services range from buying or selling a business to setting up and restructuring companies and negotiating and drafting commercial contracts. Dispute resolution expertise includes commercial disputes, landlord and tenant matters and debt recovery. Employment law is a specialism, including dismissing employees, tribunal matters and TUPE issues. Environmental matters are dealt with and restructuring and insolvency services are provided.

Mediation is a specialism and all aspects of childcare are dealt with.
