Career
Vanessa was made a Partner in 2005. She practices in all aspects of commercial property, liquor licensing and landlord and tenant law. In the last 12 months, she has acted for an equity investor who acquired a major shopping centre site and retail park, and the purchaser of an 80 bed hotel in Dublin's Temple Bar. She advises lenders on the property aspects of Windfarm developments. Vanessa is admitted as a solicitor in Northern Ireland, as well as Ireland.
