Career

Metodi Baykushev joined Dimitrov, Petrov & Co. in 2006. He has broad practical experience in litigation, dispute resolution and arbitration – both domestic and international. His key expertise is complemented by serious track record in debt collection, insolvency, medical malpractice, public procurement, Construction Law and Administrative Law. He is an experienced litigation lawyer with more than 10 years of practice having been advising and representing major international and domestic companies in a number of court and arbitration disputes, DAB procedures under the FIDIC books and successful appeals of administrative acts. Metodi is distinguished as a Leading lawyer for several successive years by the IFLR 1000 and is also recommended by the Legal 500.
