Position

Vassiliyan Zanev, Avocat à la Cour, is a partner in the Banking & Finance Practice Group in our Luxembourg office. He focuses on securitisation, debt issuances, fund finance and real estate finance.                         

Career

Vassiliyan has extensive experience representing a variety of financial institutions, corporations, originators and investment funds across a range of structured finance and secured lending transactions, with particular emphasis on securitisation, debt issuances, fund finance and real estate finance.

Prior to joining Loyens & Loeff, he acquired three years of banking and finance experience in a UK-based law firm in Luxembourg.
