Position

Jean-Pierre Winandy (1953), attorney, chairs the Management Committee of Loyens & Loeff Luxembourg, and heads the Tax practice group. He has more than 25 years experience advising international and national corporate and private clients. He specialises in litigation (in tax matters) and corporate law. He has experience as an auditor and chartered accountant. Jean-Pierre is the Chairman of the Board of the Luxembourg section of the International Fiscal Association (IFA). He is also a member of the International Bar Association (IBA) and the European Association of Tax Law Professors (EATLP). He is an Assistant Professor at the University of Luxembourg where he teaches tax law and corporate law.
