Henriette Stakemann is a partner in our Corporate & Compliance team. She is also co-head of our Operational Compliance team together with Michael Hopp and co-head of our Labour Law team together with Lise Høy Falsner.

Henriette advises Danish and international undertakings on all aspects of employment and labour law, including in connection with transactions and restructuring, and on the implementation of compliance programmes in a wide range of fields.

Due to her extensive experience in Corporate M&A, Henriette has great expertise with respect to the employment law aspects of transactions and incentive programmes, and she advises Danish and international clients on this in connection with acquisitions/sales, stock exchange listings and restructuring.

Henriette provides advice on the terms and conditions for listed companies, including advice to boards of directors on the terms of executive boards and the associated negotiations.

Henriette has a large international network and collaborates regularly with foreign colleagues on international projects relating to transactions and incentive programmes across borders. Henriette also works extensively with international companies

Group co-head Henriette Stakemann is an expert in cross-border transactions and incentive programmes; she advised Netcompany Group on the employment elements of its IPO on Nasdaq Copenhagen. Fellow practice Lise Høy Falsner is an experienced litigator with transactional expertise; she acted for Next Education Copenhagen in a dispute relating to a teacher's notice period.
