Commercial Real Estate

Anders Friis is a partner in our Commercial Real Estate team. Anders has extensive experience in all aspects of property development, and in recent years his main focus has been on large-scale development projects involving both residential and commercial properties and the construction of shopping centres.

Throughout his career, Anders has provided advisory services for major portfolio transactions to national and international players alike.

The last few years have required particular focus on the ability to create new correlations between capital procurement and market players, and Anders has been successful lead attorney in a wide range of cases with new forms of cooperation, including bond issues, private placements and joint ventures between property developers and pension funds.

Anders maintains a comprehensive network in the real estate market among investors (both industrial and private equity clients), developers and lenders, which he uses actively to build new partnerships between players in the sector.
