Position

Kasper Frahm is the head of our Trademark Law and Design team.

Kasper's primary practice areas are trademarks, copyright and product imitations. Kasper advises both Danish and foreign clients with special focus on the enforcement of intellectual properties in court cases, including preliminary injunctions and preservation of evidence.

In addition, he has extensive experience in providing advice and in administrative cases on trademarks, designs and domain name before both Danish and foreign authorities and complaints boards.

Kasper has written several articles on IP law and gives lectures on IP rights in both Denmark and other countries. Kasper holds an LL.M., specialising in IP law, from King's College London, and he is a member of the European Trade Mark Law and Practice Team at MARQUES.

Plesner handles matters across all aspects of IP with particular strength in life sciences patent litigation. Team leader Mikkel Vittrup and Peter-Ulrik Plesner recently acted for a global pharmaceutical company in a patent infringement claim; patent and trade mark litigator Sture Rygaard  handled a European patent ownership dispute; and Kasper Frahm advised on a high profile trade mark dispute. Also noted is Jeppe Brinck-Jensen, who specialises in patent and parallel import issues; he represented Merck in a case relating to the parallel distribution of medicinal products.

Key figures from the team include corporate and compliance expert Michael Hopp, marketing and consumer law specialist  Emil Jurcenoks, and Kasper Frahm, who has extensive experience in IP. Michael Vilhelm Nielsen joined Moalem Weitemeyer Bendtsen in 2018.
