Corporate Finance, Mergers and Acquisitions, Estates, Forestry and Agriculture, Corporate Law, Corporate/Commercial. Jacob Ørskov Rasmussen provides advice to Danish and foreign businesses on contract law, company law and M&A. He also provides advice to a number of estates and manors in respect of the legal issues of agriculture and forestry. Litigation, including injunctions, also constitutes a significant part of Jacob's area of work. Jacob Ørskov Rasmussen has extensive expertise in automotive law and his clients include private and factory-owned car importers.
