Over the course of her career, Marianne has frequently handled litigation, dispute resolution and internal investigations, including a large number of cases before the ordinary courts as well as industrial and private arbitration proceedings. Marianne also regularly assists in negotiations concerning the executive management and key employees in connection with mergers and acquisitions. Marianne has specialised in employment and labour law for the past 19 years. She has been employed with Holland & Knight in New York in 2002 She became a partner of Kromann Reumert in 2009.
