Career
Jørgen Boe was born in 1946. He became a partner in 1977. Among his areas of expertise are advice to businesses on company and stock exchange law issues, and he advises on M&A, conversion etc., also in the financial sector. He is chairman and/or member of the board in a number of Danish commercial and industrial companies and commercial foundations. Admission and right of audience: Admitted in 1974. Right of audience before the Danish Supreme Court in 1976.

Chairman of the Lawyers' Association in Copenhagen. Member of The Danish Association for Company Law (Dansk Forening for Selskabsret). Education
Jørgen Boe obtained his law degree from the University of Copenhagen in 1971. Teaching at Mannaz and other courses on board membership and executive service contracts, he is author of several articles on board work and board liability and co-author of the 6th edition of “Direktørkontrakten” (Executive Service Contracts) (2009).
