Olaf Koktvedgaard advises on issues under EU and competition law, merger control and state aid with a main focus on disputes. He has extensive experience in dominance issues, state aid and cartel investigations, including criminal defence. He regularly acts before the Danish competition authorities, Danish courts, the European Commission and the European Courts in Luxembourg.
