Competition and EU Law

Position

Frederik André Bork provides specialist advice on all aspects of EU and Danish competition law, including merger procedures, international cartel investigations, civil damages actions, abuse of dominance, horizontal and vertical issues, compliance programmes, criminal proceedings within competition law and state aid issues. Frederik’s experience includes some of the most well-known abuse cases in EU (e.g. Post Danmark I and Post Danmark II), several very large and multi-jurisdictional competition law damages cases, several criminal cases and merger filings. Frederik is former Head of the Industry, Transport and Energy Division at the Danish Competition Authority and has a comprehensive insight into the authorities’ administrative and business procedures. Through his former job, Frederik has particular knowledge of infrastructure sectors such as the postal, energy, transport and payment services sectors.
