Position

Francisco Cortez is one of the firm's most experienced lawyers in the litigation area, specialising in civil, criminal and commercial litigation. He has been responsible for several highly complex cases, both in judicial courts and arbitration.
As a lawyer and as an arbitrator he has participated in more than three dozen arbitrations in Portugal, since 2000.
