Stuart’s areas of practice include general commercial, financial services and private client work. He regularly advises high net worth individuals on Gibraltar residency to include Category 2 and High Executive Possessing Specialist Skills (HEPSS) status.

Stuart is fully conversant with local company and tax legislation and provides general and specialised tax planning advice on day to day matters and has extensive knowledge in corporate matters relating to businesses of various sizes.

Stuart was actively involved in the first authorised administration of a large Gibraltar law firm, company and trust services provider following the revocation of its financial services licence and has been involved in specialist investigatory assignments on behalf of the Gibraltar regulator.

Stuart now forms part of the ISOLAS FinTech team and regularly advises blockchain companies on initial coin offerings (“ICO’s”) and on any regulatory aspects concerning the company’s business activities in Gibraltar.
