Career
Elliott Phillips is a litigation Partner at ISOLAS specialising in international, commercial and trust litigation. Elliott has been involved in many of Gibraltar's highest value disputes in recent times and works alongside some of the most respected lawyers in the UK. Elliott is regarded internationally and has given expert evidence before US Courts on Gibraltar Law, more recently in New York. Elliotts practice also includes injunctive relief applications before the Supreme Court and Courts of Appeal. In a recent case Elliott was able to obtain a worldwide freezing injunction in support of an English Arbitration Award against a foreign company where the sole asset of the foreign company was a ship destined for Gibraltar. 2010 Partner, ISOLAS 2007 Associate, ISOLAS 2002 Associate, Isola & Isola 2001 Called to the Bar of England and Wales and the Gibraltar Bar.
