The team counts issuers and financial advisers as clients; EQT Partners and Transcom are notable examples. Sören Lindström recently advised real estate company NP3 Fastigheter on a €28m rights issuance; and Lindström and Christoffer Saidac acted as lead counsel for Melker Schörling on a public cash offer by Schörling & Partners.
