Hannes Snellman fields specialists in private and public M&A, corporate advice and equity capital markets, and regularly takes a cross-departmental approach to matters, working closely with the banking and finance, employment and IP groups. Claes Kjellberg advised Max Hansson, the founder of PayEx, on its sale to Swedbank; other clients include EQT and Fazer Group. Richard Åkerman heads up the private M&A practice, while Mattias Friberg leads the corporate, public M&A, and equity capital markets team; Friberg joined in 2018 from Roschier.
