In Germany, Marccus Partners’ corporate and M&A department is a specialist in structuring and implementing cross-border transactions throughout Europe and globally. It provides clients with legal and tax services on a broad range of business transactions, such as share and asset acquisitions, disposals, mergers, joint ventures, strategic alliances and equity investments. The M&A practice includes private equity and venture capital transactions. The firm regularly advises on leveraged and management buyouts, as well as fund structuring. Sector-specific expertise covers the electro industry, construction, automotive, IT, the food industry and renewable energy.
The banking and finance practice advises on services ranging from global loans via syndicated lending to acquisition, real estate and project finance.
