Gorrissen Federspiel fields a broad commercial disputes practice, which is particularly active in the financial sector; it counts Nykredit Bank, Deloitte Danmark and PwC Danmark as clients. 'Highly skilled litigator' Henriette Gernaa leads the team and recently acted for KMD in a dispute against the Danish Customs and Tax Administration. Other work includes the 'timely and conscientious' Christian Alsøe defending the former management and chairman of a wind turbine company in claims brought by investors concerning alleged accounting modifications, and Lotte Eskesen representing Finansiel Stabilitet in a dispute against the former management and board of the bankrupt Roskilde Bank in professional liability and mismanagement claims.
