Partner Vinuesa specialises in Spanish and international tax regulation, specifically fiscal structuring and planning of mergers and acquisitions; he also has broad experience in the taxation of collective investment institutions, risk capital enterprises, joint ventures, holdings and foreign security holding companies.
Career
Following an initial professional experience in a foreign law firm, Javier Vinuesa began his career in Spain in the international tax regulation department of Cuatrecasas. In the year 2005, he joined the Madrid office of the Padrol Munté law firm, of which he became a partner in 2008. He has been a member of Gómez-Acebo & Pombo since 2009, when Padrol Munté was incorporated into the Firm.

He is a member of the IFA (International Fiscal Association) and of the AIJA (International Association of Young Lawyers).
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Economic and Business Sciences from the Madrid Complutense University (1997) and a Master’s Degree in Tax Law from the Centro de Estudios Garrigues & Andersen (1998).
Leisure
He is a professor at the Sorbonne Law School (Paris) Master Degree course and takes part assiduously in seminars and fora on taxation.
