Roberto Cappelli is co-Head of Corporate M&A department


Recognized among the top Corporate and M&A lawyers, Roberto Cappelli provides legal advice to private and public companies, domestic and international financial institutions as well as private equity funds in relation to general corporate and commercial matters, including the incorporation and management of companies and joint ventures.  He is regularly involved in merger operations, splits and acquisitions, including the transfer of company shares or equity capital.


In 1989 Roberto was Partner of the Graziadei Law Firm and in 1993 he co-founded Grimaldi e Associati Law Firm. He joined the firm in 2011.

He graduated in 1982 from the University “La Sapienza” of Rome.
