Grégoire Triet specialises in patent and trademark law. He has wide-ranging experience in national and European disputes, in particular in patent infringement and validity disputes. In patent law, he has worked on the most recent drugs cases, more specifically in supplementary protection certificates. He also handles copyright and unfair competition cases.
