Patrizia Liguti - Chiomenti Studio Legale

Within: Real estate and construction

Chiomenti Studio Legale’s ‘excellent’ real estate practice packs a particular punch in advising on structuring and fund formation as well as real estate developments. The practice assisted Intesa Sanpaolo with the reorganisation of a core real estate portfolio consisting of 26 properties and advised Logistic Capital Partners on its partnership with AEW Europe’s LOGISTIS funds as well as on the development of a logistic facility to be leased to Amazon. Umberto Borzi and Patrizia Liguti are recommended.
