Chiomenti is 'especially well known for structuring matters but the firm also has a strong tax litigation and international tax practice'. The practice has been particularly active in tax matters involving the finance, real estate, luxury and fashion, automotive and energy sectors as well as tax-related private client work and transfer pricing. Head of the tax and tax planning department Raul-Angelo Papotti 'understands what clients need' and of counsel Giovanni Carpenzano is 'great to deal with'.
