Stefano advises listed and non-listed industrial and financial groups, as well as Italian and foreign private equity funds with a focus on M&A, joint ventures, and other extraordinary transactions in various sectors (including banking, insurance, luxury, fashion, energy, and telecommunications). He has also gained a wealth of experience in corporate governance, corporate restructuring, and real estate (establishment and management of real estate investment trusts and real estate funds as well as sale and purchase of real estate companies and portfolios).


Stefano Mazzotti joined Chiomenti in 2001 and became a Partner in 2008. Since 2015 he has been the Managing Partner of General Affairs for the firm. He previously worked for Slaughter and May in London.
