Position

Gregorio advises Italian and foreign companies and financial institutions on legal and regulatory aspects of both ordinary and extraordinary transactions as well as daily transactions. His practice has a particular focus on corporate finance, structured finance, capital markets and asset finance. He also advises banks, funds and asset managers on regulatory issues pertaining to the structure and execution of transactions.
