Giorgio assists Italian and foreign clients in financial transactions and in debt capital markets operations with a focus on acquisition financing; real estate asset management; mutual investment funds; structured finance; securitization of credit in real estate transactions; guaranteed bank bonds; debt consolidation plans and restructuring; bonds; and Euro Medium Term Note programs.

Career

Giorgio joined the Firm in 1995 and became a Partner in 1999. He previously worked for Banca di Roma in the International Finance Department.
