FTPA’s restructuring and insolvency practice boasts a wealth of experience, adeptly managing legal and financial restructurings for financially distressed companies, representing debtors, takeover entrepreneurs, and shareholders. Co-headed by Edouard Fabre and Romain Lantourne, both specialists in insolvency, restructuring, and litigation, the team adopts a multidisciplinary approach to a wide range of transactions, renowned for their ability to tackle complex matters with technical and innovative solutions. Additional team members include trust law specialist Bruno Robin and Antoine Techekhoof, whose expertise extends the practice into areas such as M&A, contract law, and distribution law.
