Position
Linda is a Partner at the Firm which she joined in 1984 and is joint Head of the Mergers & Acquisitions and Company & Commercial Departments. She has vast experience in cross-border mergers and acquisitions of corporations and State-owned entities, representing her clients in negotiations, advising on compliance, leading due diligence reviews and documenting transactions. Linda’s broad practice includes a specialisation in commercial agreements, in particular joint venture and distribution agreements. She has acted in numerous internal restructurings and regularly advises her considerable client base in relation to legal issues arising in the conduct of their day-to-day business.
