Partner. Anders Oreby Hansen has extensive and long-standing expertise in Danish and international tax law. Anders primarily represents US, European and Scandinavian multi-national groups investing or operating in Denmark. His clients also include partner-owned enterprises and high net worth individuals. He primarily advises Danish and international enterprises on strategies and dispute resolution in relation to Danish transfer pricing issues, M&A tax planning, corporate tax, group reorganisations, cross border tax issues, M&A real estate and general business consulting. An expert in his field, Anders is in strong demand as a speaker and lecturer at private and public companies and organisations in Denmark and abroad.

Career

Author/co-author of five books on various tax issues and numerous articles, primarily on taxation related issues. Member of the Executive Editorial Boards of the leading Danish gazettes on international tax ("Skat Udland") and domestic Danish tax (TfS), member of the Executive Tax Committees of the Danish Bar Association and the Confederation of Danish Industry.
