Position

Partner. Mikkel Friis Rossa is an expert on drafting, coordinating and implementing data protection compliance programs in large, international businesses, including in relation to Binding Corporate Rules (BCR), international data transfers, and strategic advice on data protection compliance. He also has substantial experience in the preparation and implementation of IPR strategies, IPR contracts, e-commerce and clearing of marketing campaigns. For several years, Mikkel has rendered advice on franchising and license agreements to a number of international businesses and chain operations. In 2011, he obtained a LL.M. degree specialising in IPR from the Queen Mary University of London. In addition to being an experienced lecturer on data protection compliance, marketing law and IPR strategies, Mikkel has taught Marketing Law and Copyright Law at the Faculty of Law at Aarhus University.
