Aurélie Conrad Hari leads the civil litigation practice at Bär & Karrer.

Aurélie Conrad Hari has a broad experience in handling complex multi-jurisdictional disputes in financial, banking and commercial disputes. She also specializes in private clients' assistance and representation in trust and estate matters.

Her practice encompasses shareholders' disputes, insolvency as well as asset recovery, with the recognition and enforcement of foreign judgments and arbitral awards. She also frequently acts as counsel representing parties in commercial arbitration related to various industries, eg, sale, distribution, agency, construction (including power plant) and energy.

Aurélie Conrad Hari regularly publishes and speaks in her fields of specialization. She serves as president of the litigation commission of the International Association of Young Lawyers and leads the specialized forum on dispute resolution set up by the Geneva Bar Association in 2017.

  • Bär & Karrer Advises Swedish Orphan Biovitrum AB in the Acquisition of emapalumab

    Swedish Orphan Biovitrum AB, an international specialty biopharmaceutical company listed in Sweden, agreed to acquire, from Novimmune’s shareholders, a newly established company owning emapalumab and related assets, giving Sobi access to world-class R&D capabilities in the field of Immunology. The acquisition supersedes the previously announced exclusive licence agreement with Novimmune. In addition, Sobi agreed with Novimmune on options for the shared financial rights to NI-1701 and NI-1801, two product candidates in the field of immuno-oncology. The transaction value is CHF 515 million, of which CHF 400 million was previously committed in the exclusive license agreement for emapalumab.
