Position

Partner. Admitted to the Supreme Court of Norway. Knudsen primarily acts on matters involving dispute resolution, and has argued a large number of cases before the city courts, courts of appeal and the Supreme Court. Knud has also advised a number of national and international arbitration cases, both ad hoc and international arbitration (ICC). The majority of the cases have been within contract law, construction law and company law, in addition to disputes concerning professional liability. He has published several articles and is a regular lecturer in civil procedure.
