Partner. Knut-Marius Sture has many years of experience with employment law. He has worked as a lawyer in NHO (Confederation of Norwegian Enterprises) and was also Executive Vice President from 1993 to 1997. As Vice President in Norsk Hydro ASA he participated in many extensive strategy and restructuring processes. Sture has broad experience from counselling and litigation within employment law. He has litigated many cases before the district courts and courts of appeal. In addition, he has litigated several cases related to the interpretation of tariff agreements before the Labour Court of Norway. Sture has been adviser to several industrial, financial and media companies in large restructuring and downsizing processes. He also has broad experience from design of incentive and pension schemes.
