Stein Ove Solberg is partner in the company's European and Competition law practice group. He is one of Norway's leading lawyers within competition law and has extensive experience in assisting Norwegian and foreign companies in complex matters nationally and in the EU/EEA within several different markets. Solberg has been responsible for many large and significant merger cases handled by Norwegian competition authoritites in the recent years. Solberg also assists Norwegian and foreign clients in matters regarding anti-competitive agreements and abuse of dominant position. He has also assisted in matters involving internal investigations of companies. Solberg also provides advice on regulatory issues within the life sciences sector (food, pharma and medtech).
