It is very active in international arbitration and litigation, and in a recent highlight represented Vidatel as respondent and counter-claimant, along with other respondents Mercury and Geni, in a €3.5bn ICC arbitration concerning a shareholder agreement. The matter was led by the ‘brilliantJosé Miguel Júdice, who, however, is set to retire in 2020.
