Career

Nuno Líbano Monteiro is Partner in PLMJ since 1996 and heads PLMJ Litigation practice. He has nearly 30 years’ experience in litigation, insolvency and restructuring. He is a leading expert in commercial litigation, restructuring and insolvency with focus on corporate matters and was appointed as an expert in insolvency and restructuring in international cases and is working on matters involving the UK, Luxembourg, Switzerland and Portugal. Additionally, Nuno was very actively involved in the discussion and preparation of the new Civil Procedure Code, enacted in September 2013.
