Position
Brendan Fox joined as partner in the Litigiation Department in 2009 and is based in our Belfast office. He specialises in the areas of Intellectual Property, Construction Litigation, Dispute Resolution and Real Estate Litigation. Brendan has acted for a wide range of clients including Architects, Quantity Surveyors, Consulting Engineers, Developers and Housing Associations in procurement and construction disputes. Brendan is a member of the Law Society of Northern Ireland and lecturers and writes extensively in the areas of Construction and Intellectual Property.
