Commercial Licensing Overview
The present Law, legislating on the installation or modification permit for retail establishments, imposes a specific type of licensing when:
- a) There is a sale area exceeding 500 m2 or, regardless of its area,
- b) Such establishment is part of a company that uses one or more trade names, or is part of a group of companies that has, on a national level, an accumulated sales area of 5000 m2 or more.
