The SIX Swiss Exchange has published and im-plemented a significant revision of its rules and regulations. The new rules and regulations af-fect both the organisation of the SIX Swiss Ex-change (see Chapter B below) and the listing rules (see Chapter C below). The new rules and regulations entered into force on July 1, 2009, subject to the transitional provisions (see Chap-ter D below).
