DAC Beachcroft LLP’s department is headed by Duncan Greenwood, who specialises in defending property professionals, solicitors and insurance brokers. The four-partner team includes Andrew Marsh and Simon Arnold, both of whom act for professionals in the construction and engineering sectors. Suzanne Wharton primarily handles claims against solicitors and financial services professionals, as well as insurers. Roohi Sheikh-Collins has retired.

At Triton Legal (formerly Robin Simon LLP), practice head Jason Ford specialises in claims against solicitors, as well as construction and property professionals. Also recommended are Matthew Reynolds, who handles regulatory investigations, and Helen Fagg, who acts for solicitors, insurance brokers, surveyors and accountants.

Mills & Reeve LLP’s ‘excellent’ team is led by Neil Howes, who has ‘an excellent, commercial approach’. The group acts for insurance brokers, pension professionals, construction professionals and solicitors, among others.

Bond Dickinson LLP strengthened its practice with the arrival of ‘fantastic’ associate Jonathan Watmough from Mills & Reeve LLP. The team primarily acts for insurers.
