Antequera Parilli & Rodríguez is praised for its 'quick responses and its strong internal co-operation'. Beyond the traditional patent and trade mark filing practice, the team regularly advises on strategies and risk prevention; IP portfolio management; anti-counterfeiting and border enforcement actions; and dispute resolution. Manuel Antonio Rodríguez is the key contact for contentious matters; he  recently advised Nike in relation to a series of raids as part of an ongoing anti-counterfeiting plan.
