REFORM OF SEAPORTS INFRUSTRUCTURE IN UKRAINE
On 17 May 2012, the Ukrainian Parliament adopted the Law of Ukraine “On Seaports of Ukraine”, which will become effective on 13 June 2013 (the “Effective Date”) (the “Seaports Law”).
