Baker & McKenzie Advokatbyra’s ‘reliable, skilled and positive’ team, led by Stefan Brandt and Johan Nylén, ‘instinctively find solutions to difficult problems’. At Hamilton Advokatbyrå, Thomas Nygren advised Cinnober Financial Technology in licensing and development deals with derivatives and securities exchanges, including the Burgundy consortium and the London Stock Exchange/EDX. Nygren advises AllTele on telecoms and capital markets matters. Ola Hansson is acting for the Swedish Post and Telecom Authority, and Gabriel Lidman represents large IT and telecoms companies.

At Hammarskiöld & Co AB, Thomas Lindqvist advised Gemalto, a leading manufacturer of passports and ID/bank cards, on a system delivery agreement with the Swedish Tax Authority.Jakob Falkman acted for ERG on a public transport smartcard system in Stockholm and Gothenburg.
