Erik Swartling’s ‘strong’ team at Hammarskiöld & Co AB works closely with the banking and finance department to provide ‘the best possible service’. Lars Ulrichs represented Folksam in the potential acquisition of Moderna Försäkringar. Peder Hammarskiöld and Lars Ulrichs acted for Skandia, Länsförsäkringar, Trygg-Hansa, SEB Trygg Liv, Nordea Liv and Handelsbanken Liv in a major dispute.

Hamilton Advokatbyrå recruited Dan Öwerström, former practice head at MAQS Law Firm, and insurance litigator Johannes Ericsson following the merger with Advokatfirman Nilsson & Co. Peter Kullgren represented Sweden Re and Danica Pension, while Jan Gregorsson represents Euler Hermes in Sweden.

MAQS Law Firm’s ‘excellent, practical’ team handled a major transaction involving Sveland Sak Insurance, resolved two major disputes involving Trygg-Hansa, and advised the Kingdom of Sweden. Hans Schedin is recommended, and Lars Boman and Per-Olov Håkansson are regularly appointed as arbitrators.
