At Ashurst LLP, practice head Manuel López has a proven track record advising on the financing of transport infrastructure projects. Highlights included advice to Deutsche Bank and others on the €180m refinancing of the Moncloa and Plaza Elíptica transport hubs in Madrid. JP Morgan, Macquarie, BBVA and RBS are also clients.

Augusta Abogados’ team, which is led by Sergi Giménez and Jaime Fernández, has core strengths in the aviation sector, notably handling financing and litigation matters. The team is acting for high-profile air transport corporations such as Ryanair and Vueling in various disputes. easyJet, Germania, Norwegian Air Shuttle and Thomas Cook are among its clients.

GĂłmez-Acebo & Pombo is best known for its financing expertise in the transport space, where it advises clients in the logistics and aviation sectors. Recent highlights include advising Export Development Canada and Chorus Aviation on the finance and purchase of four aircrafts to be delivered and leased to Air Nostrum.
