Tan Shao Tong is a well-respected name.
At Allen & Gledhill LLP, Sunit Chhabra acted for Cheung Kong Bond Securities, as guarantor, in relation to complex tax matters arising from the issue of S$500m senior perpetual securities. The team also advised DBS Bank, CapitaCommercial Trust Management and Hitachi. Key team members include Nand Singh Gandhi, Lim Pek Bur and Tang Siau Yan.
