Legal Advisors, Abdulaziz I. Al-Ajlan & Partners in Association with Baker McKenzie Limited is ‘one of the best firms in the country’, where the team has ‘great market knowledge and is commercially orientated’. The team acts for international and regional corporates, and is advising Olayan and Cummins on a three-country distribution joint venture. George Sayen and Karim Nassar are the key names.

The team at Clifford Chance LLP in association with Abuhimed Alsheikh Alhagbani Law Firm (AS&H) is ‘very knowledgeable on Saudi laws and customs, fielding strong partners and associates’. It advised the Al Kharafi family on the widely publicised auction sale of its majority stake in Kuwaiti food company Americana.
